I have had hair loss since I was 18 years old. Mainly I have diffuse thinning and until now I thought I had androgenetic alopecia. I used Minoxidil and it was very effective. Now I have almost full of hair (hair loss on forehead happens also), but it is getting thinner. I am suspicious that I have both Androgenetic Alopecia and Alopecia Alerta incognito (Diffuse Areata) because suddenly a video came up on my Youtube main screen and I saw a man who was diagnosed as Androgenetic Alopecia by 5 doctor and finally he found that he has Alopecia Alerta incognito. If anyone experienced about this could you give me a hint. I have taken my scalp photos you can see them below. Any help or suggestion is welcome.

BTW "Alopecia Alerta incognito" is Alopecia Areata incognito?
Incognito means not known.
In images hairs have very different widthness.
