i've been off finasteride for maybe a week and a half now, and had lowered my dosage for a few days prior to that. the reason being, because i'm waiting on a shipment. am i just being paranoid thinking i'm noticing my hair getting a little thinner? when would one normally begin to notice a change? it's nothing drastic, i've only been on finasteride for about a year anyway.
am i being paranoid?

What did you lower the dosage too?
Being caught without finasteride is one of my biggest nightmares. But let this be a lesson to you always make sure you're well stocked up with finasteride, you can never have to much in my opinion, I order like a years supply at once :nono:
To answer your question. Yes I think its paranoia, a week is not long enough.

Your hair isn't going to thin in a week and a half. Your DHT level is probably just now returning to baseline, and more than likely isn't even there yet. Don't worry about it. It would take a lot longer than that before you'd notice any changes to your hair.
