No.... I don't believe so... Hair naturally curly and has kinks and you're parting it so bound to see scalp.. Keep and eye but seriously I don't believe you have hair loss, at least yet.

If you're so concerned see a dermatologist but this site has intelligent individuals who have already told you that you're fine bro.

You literally have a lion's mane what else do you want

Yes... You probably are great looking and your hair will still look pretty dense buzzed because personally I don't think you're balding. This is diffuse hair loss here.. Your hair is WAY thicker and hardly as much scalp shows.

I was in the same place you are, years ago, although perhaps a decade older. Unfortunately because of your hair thickness it will be very difficult for people to acknowledge you are balding, but you and I both know that if you weren't you wouldn't be here.

There's no good answer unfortunately, in my experience Finasteride will increase your shedding and it didn't help me keep the density I had when I started it. You'll always wonder if you could have gone a few more years with thicker hair if you had delayed treatment. But once your hair gets lighter you'll stick to the treatments like a bug to the light bulb. Minoxidil might help too but same deal. You just have to take the bet I guess, start early to possibly keep more hair, or delay it and hold onto nstural density for a little longer. Here's the grim reality, I know of no men on Finasteride that keep thick hair
bruh just as soon as i stopped worrying, ffs everyone has said i’m not balding and bruh ive been here for two years even when i wasn’t “balding”

So was I. I lurked here when my hair was even thicker than yours. These people don't really know because they aren't YOU or ME. Hell even when I had diffused to half my density and could feel my scalp through my hair more The doctors refused to acknowledge I was "balding", but like a slow and steady curse it just kept diffusing more up to today where I have to cover some areas up with concealer if I want it to look thick
yes but i’m 16 and i’ve been here since 13 and my scalp is pretty much the same from what i’ve seen, most people say i have bdd and it could just be a hair part lmfao. my hair is literally like 10 inches long, saying someone is baldinf is a very hard conclusion to make

What I mean is that because of your density and length people will have a hard time telling you you're balding. I lost count of how many times the doctors told me I was an unusual patient, that usually the treatment was for men with noticeable baldness
how can you be so sure im balding

Because you're a senior member on a hair loss forum. I remember when I didn't give a rat's *** about hair loss because my hair was like a thick curtain over my eyes. It just didn't cross my mind at all. If you're here asking about if you're balding or not it's because YOU know a difference has happened to your hair however slight it might be. If you don't want to believe it that's fine, I put it out of mind for a few years too. I mean it's worth it to not worry about it and just assume things are fine just take action once you aren't happy with your hair anymore I guess
no but dude you don’t understand what i mean, this all started because i got a line up at 13 when they shaved my widows peak and it always grew back funny and i hated it, then i got a buzz cut to let it grow back again, then from that day i was addicted to looking at my hairline at the age of 13!!!!!! a young lad worried about hair loss barley a teenager, i get what you mean but it would simply be a hair part

Widows peak was the way old folks used to cope, now we know it's just a receded hairline. Balding at 13 is not unheard of these days, hell in 10 more years you'll have 7 year olds at Norwood 5. Still, I've already said what I need to say, my hair was thicker than yours and it still progressed over time. You can still live your life with the density you have, but I dont know why you're fighting me on it so much if you yourself asked if you're balding. I'm just giving you the answer the doctors or these Norwoods won't give you, because I've been there
honestly bro i’m just sick of worrying, i’m getting a buzzcut when school ends so seven weeks, do you that’s good?

I agree with you, Finasteride is bad. Wishing we could go back to the time before we all decided to take it.

This is the most depressing read. Pretty sure in any case, someone with androgenic alopecia is better to start treatment and take that risk otherwise they also will definitely lose their hair in the future with no chance of maintaining. At least taking the pill or doing something proven to work for some is better than letting your hair bald out until you can't do anything and it's too late

Unless of course somehow someway you know you won't thin out and receed majorly till late 40s or so, but who can ever know that xD
