If you think about in a pure superficial way, it's very logical for women to choose the top 20%. Given the choice they will choose the mate that will bring the best offspring. In this day and age it's easy for the average woman to find a top 20% male willing to jizz inside her. When she inevitably gets dumped by the top 20% male, she can find a beta provider for her elite children. It's basicly eugenics at this point.

Win-win situation for everyone except the 80% males.

Yet what we see is ugly fatties who behave in a way that makes me believe that i'm surrounded by folks with double digit IQs.

That's something difficult to measure. But there is evidence by Charles Murray which suggests that IQ rates are in fact diminishing. He theorises that educated people are more cautious about having kids whereas less intelligent people do not assess the risks and therefore have kids without too much of a second thought. In doing this we create a society of idiots because only the lower IQ people reproduce at high rates.

The result is that by 14-16 the girls already have kids, so their numbers increase at a frenetic rate while contributing with mostly social problems.

I find it very hard to have a balanced view on travelers, never experienced anything but trouble from them, never even heard a positive story about them. Even their funerals here must have police presence because of the sh*t they cause.

Wide scale genetic engineering will benefit everyone, including the rich, thus I imagine it will eventually be widespread. I'm talking long run here though, beyond our lifetimes. Anyhow predictions for the future are always sh*t, I just don't believe we are at an evolutionary dead end when it comes to intelligence.
