The issue isn't whether or not they like them. It's what's your genetic muscle building and body fat reduction capacity.

Most guys that go to a gym 3x/week and eat healthy won't ever look spectacular despite it. You need top 20% genetics and/or heavy steroids to shine.

This is a load of copers f*****g bullshit and the OPPOSITE is backed by studies and data. 90% of the population can achieve a very aesthetic frame and decent lifts in the range of 220 pound bench, 300 squat and 320 deadlift without steroids.

There is no data I have ever seen except anecdotal that says the average person can't gain get ripped and look aesthetic.

And saying that Ryan Reynolds frame isn't achievable without steroids? Now I KNOW you're completely full of sh*t. It's like your "only white guys perform well with women" cope BS.

Have you ever actually gone to the gym or followed a routine? I hear this bullshit all the time from f*****g idiots who don't even know basics of training like how to lay out sets, reps and exercises for different muscle groups.

The cope in you is overwhelming.

Been there done that and nope. Just because it worked for you doesn't mean it's going to work for everyone. That's like saying just train 6 hours 7 days a week and you'll become Michael Phelps.

That last guy's physiques you posted is insanely unobtainable for me. It's crazy he got those results in 3 years.

You don't know how to train. That is your problem. You spend more time coping than you do trying to get your training right and consistent.

The guys you're posting aren't Phelps either, they're your average guy with who don't overeat and trains properly and consistently for a few years.

Before I trained I looked at Ryan Reynolds physique and thought it may as well be Hulk Hogan unobtainable, and while it definitely takes some dedication physically, and moreso nutritionally, it's not like a WTF?! physique like I used to think.

If you do think his body is from roids then you clearly aren't training right or observing how to build some muscle and stay lean over time. I remember my fairly tubby friend thinking Kit Harrington is "huge", like not as tall as the Rock but a really big guy, I mean, muscle definition seems to fool society for sure.

Anyhow, I am now in a position where I get told by random women that I have large muscles. Or for example at some random party, I had convinced a girl who had a boyfriend in another country that it was okay to come out to dinner with me because it was different area codes... which is silly as f*** but if you are confident and look good, stupid sh*t like that works. In fact, to some extent, you were right, the world does change when you look better but its a combination of looking better and also allowing yourself to be bold due to whatever nonverbal responses you are getting from the women. Women like power and confidence. You can get that however you want. It can be from looking good or being important or whatever.

Oh wait I should note- Reynolds body probably was assisted by roids because it transformed in only half a year, and he did definitely grow significant muscle without gaining an ounce of fat.

But not looking at that literal case, a normal guy doesn't need roids to attain that, it'll just take 5 times longer. To be clear on that.

Guy on the right has what I would say is about an average body for a mid 20 something.

Guy on the left is what guy on the right would like if he trained well and ate better for a year.

Guy on the left has a very achievable body

Wow, even kit looks like a f*****g beta there. I was bigger than that in 6 months of lifting.

Bullshit. We already argued about this. I exercise regularly and have for over a decade using many different training protocols.

It's scientific fact that some men are nonresponders while others are high responders. This is not debatable. It's been shown now in many studies very consistently.

Yeah and some of us unlucky people lose as much muscle as fat each time. Even when we're working out regularly and getting >120 grams of protein per day.
My advice is get to your ideal body fat, say 10%, and then build muscle from there.

I hate the muscle fat look anyway

I'm 5'7.5". Weight ranges 130-160 lb with ease. Ie. I can go anywhere in this range I want any time. I have no problem controlling my weight up or down.

I've cut my weight down by 10 lb or more on a controlled diet with the ambition of trying to get ripped (ie. low body fat), and still not had my body fat drop below 15%. My body wastes muscle as fast as fat even when I'm intaking >120 g protein per day. It's f*****g sickening. I've done so many attempts to get my body fat down to 10% and not one has remotely succeeded, no matter how much I count my calories, exercise, or monitor my macros. All I do is drop in strength progressively with every week. There is nothing more depressing than just getting weaker every time you go the gym and looking no better for it.

Getting ripped/buff would be awesome to compensate for my height/face/etc, so I've tried many times over my life. But it seems as possible as growing taller.

I love how people can generally accept that we all have intrinsically:

- Different IQs
- Different social intelligence
- Different androgen sensitivity of our hair
- Different heights
- Different bone mass
- Different dick size and sexual drive/prowess
etc.

But if you suggest that (as the science has well proven) we have different muscle building and body fat capacities, all the guys who find muscle building easy come out the woodworks to claim, "Everyone can do it - you're just not working hard enough!"

As if you could equally tell a broad range of high school students, "Everyone can get A+ on calculus - you just need to study hard enough!"

Most of your range as a person is predetermined. Some people have great capacity in certain respects. Some poor.

That study has a miniscule sample size of 56 people and those charts refer to the top and bottom 15% of participants. It clearly says " and low responders were also found in all three groups (n = 3 control, n = 5 soy, n = 1 milk). " This spread is huge because the sample size is far too small and the study lacks scale or reference to proper controlled variables of training quality. This is also only referring to leg muscle strength and muscles. The number of low responders is only 16%, when you're suggesting it is a huge number. Low responder didn't mean they didn't record muscle growth, just significantly less than the upper range. Did you even read this shitty study before you used it to support your argument?

You literally said Ryan Reynods physique wasn't attainable for the average person. Blatantly false and again no data.

Don't bother using sources if you don't know how to use those that support your argument, it makes you look even less intelligent, but not simply unintelligent but pretentious and unintelligent, an ugly combo.

Not everyone is in the same response category, but the majority are able to see significant gains from baseline. To suggest a caloric deficit won't allow you to lose weight is just laughable. Unscientific pure cope.

"Most of your range as a person is predetermined. Some people have great capacity. Some poor."

Yes, but you're suggesting the range is effectively zero for some people which even your (shitty) study doesn't claim. Same with your "only white guys do well with women (and it's not a cultural thing) qualm.

Steaming pile of hot cope.

1) In truth I have no idea what an average man can accomplish, since I'm not an average man. I know most average men look like sh*t. Are they all lazy? Possibly. I am not though. I don't know why most average men don't look better if all they would have to do is go to the gym 3-5x/week and eat healthy. It's not hard to do that. I know that doesn't make me look better.

2) Studies like this cost an incredible amount of money and are done for ZERO financial earnings. You will not find studies of thousands of men on complex monitored exercise and diet regimens. Most studies of this kind have found there are low responders and high responders. This study particularly was able to narrow it down further and demonstrate differential gene expression between the two groups.

3) I have never said "only white men do well with women". It has been proven in Ok Cupid studies white men get 50% more replies. In the financial study it was shown being white was worth the equivalent of an extra $250k income to women. Many people have posted Tinder experiments showing dramatically lower response rates for nonwhite guys compared to white ones. It's not a controversy. Women like white guys. If you are a tall/handsome nonwhite you will do fine though.

4) Losing weight is easy. I said I can do it any time I want. I can lose at any rate. I have zero problems with eating a shitload or eating almost nothing at all. The problem is body composition. If you lose weight and it's equal muscle and fat, then you are no further ahead.

5) Just like people have different androgen sensitivity of our hairs, we have different androgen sensitivity of our muscles. This is also not controversial. And there are various other factors that contribute to genetic variation in muscle building capacity.

So youre 150 and an inch taller than me. Bigger frame?

Ive been confused for a girl when i was covered up before lol

Id rather be a bit overweight with a big frame, i sh*t you not they self report more sex partners than "healthy" bmi and underweight bmi, PM me and ill send you the study its fascinating

Basically somewhat overweight according to BMI were found to self report the most sex partners

BMI is meaningless though once you add muscle into the equation. Even if I was 10% body fat I would likely be overweight according to BMI. Somewhat overweight sounds pretty much like what the average person would consider a perfect body with very little fat when it comes to a gym goer and their BMI.

My wrist circumference is 6" on the dot at the narrowest part where it is shown here:

Size_Charts.jpg

So no I definitely don't have a big frame. From what I see, most girls have bigger wrists than me, and as far as I know, I've never met a man with smaller ones.

I'm currently around 140 lb because I lost some weight over the past few months with all the hair drug experimentation and sides/stress from that. Most of the heavy hair drugs have tanked my appetite when I've been on them.

What do you weigh currently? Wrist circumference?
