Because, instead of getting worked up about a study, some of us have tried cetirizine, minoxidil+tret & etc without results/experienced side effects...

Personally i noticed the memory effects/did not see results from either oral or topical, although I seem particularly sensitive to cognitive sides...
Histamine H1 receptor antagonist cetirizine impairs working memory processing speed, but not episodic memory (nih.gov)
