That seems counter intuitive if it zaps Estrogen and reduce sides of gyno. Would like to see some studies before slapping ralox on my scalp and turning like an egg.

Yes it's possible. I've been researching transdermal raloxifene patches. Here's the paper I'm eyeballing, it includes formulations and flux rates. I'm going to try making some in the next few months

I did tamox and ralox before few years back. My gyno has been bad again and have been on ralox 60mg for 5 weeks. Now on tamox 15mg for a week and i can tell its much better to use tamox to reduce gyno (dont know about preventing).
Topical tamox or topical ralox is the way to go.

Raloxifene is better than Tamoxifene undoubetdly

Also where are people getting raloxifene from? It's sold out everywhere
I dont agree. For hair yes, not against gyno.
So on this forum ralox is the better choice.

Both Ralox & Tamox nuke E so I don't get the "one is better for hair" since getting gyno is an after math of saving your hair. Arguably both are bad and maybe one is less worse than the other.

What?

There are numerous studies that say raloxifene is more effective against gyno than tamoxifene. Especially pre existing gyno.

I have experience of both, and raloxifene was undoubtedly better in gyno reduction. Worked amazingly fast too on years old gyno (thanks propecia)
Show me the studies!

Please stop spreading misinformation. Ralox does not 'zap' estrogen. You are reducing pharmacology to bro-science.
Ralox has activity similar to estrogen in multiple tissues, so in some aspects it mirrors effects of actually taking estrogen...just not at er receptors specific to breast tissues.

From my experience:
efficacy for gyno: tamox >>>ralox
detrimental to hair tamox>>>ralox

That's interesting to hear. Based on published clinical studies, ralox does indeed sounds like the superior compound for treating gyno. Unfortunately for me, it is not very effective.

I noticed that the periods that I used ralox, over the last ~16-18 months, were periods of noted improved hair quality. I'm not totally convinced that ralox is beneficial to hair, but it is the common denominator in every regrowth or 'good hair' period.
I'm about a week back into using ralox daily and this time will pay very close attention to hair quality.

To all those who have noticed that ralox was detrimental to hair: I'd be curious to know if you got ralox from a legit pharmacy or from supplier in China? If you got it from China, did you test it? Ralox is a more complex molecule, relative to tamox, and will be more expensive to synthesize. I wonder how many suppliers in China are passing off tamox as ralox?
