I know how you feel. My brother AND my dad still have their hair (my dad's hairline has receded, but he's also in his mid-70s). Worse, my brother is six feet tall with a slender build. I'm 6'3", broad shouldered, and if people are being nice, they say I look like a football player or a cop, which (to me) confirms that it's not just my imagination, I really AM unattractive and they just proved it because I don't want to look like some stupid meathead. Getting praise for looking like one is as bad as someone insulting me.
I feel like he got all the good genetics whereas I was stuck with the bad stuff. Worse is that people act like I should not care if I have hair or not and "embrace" being a big guy as if it's a good thing. I started losing my hair at 17 and I was already embarrassed about my height and size. When I found out I was going bald, I thought, "Well, that seals the deal on making me unattractive."
