Okay so I tried this today, and my god this is by far the worst thing I have ever drank !

You mention probiotic pills, would they do the same thing ?

I would like to get on this for the health benefits nit no way can I drink this multiple times a day.

It's almost certainly due to the probiotics in the ACV, which amongst other things reduce fungal infections on the scalp/body, improve nutrient absorption in the gut and reduce symptoms of intolerances (which he has)/lower inflammation.

Yes you can substitute probiotic pills for the ACV, the pills are quite a bit more expensive but are much more easily swallowed!

That doesnt sound to bad, I will try that tomorrow as I do drink a lot of vit water anyways.

I knew it had to be mixed with something though, man just alone with water was a rough ! lol

ACV helps a lot when it comes to inflammation by supporting the lymphatic system ( strengthen the capillaries and veins and the make them less permeable.. ) and the releases of proteolitic enzymes in your body with the mother in it. It is also powerful detoxifier and help to the osmosis balance with the magnesium/potassium in it. Don'T overdose it! You gonna feel like sh*t! telling ya!

What's an overdose feel like I take swigs of it straight from the bottle(prob 3-5 tablespoons I'm guessing,or more)several times a day and I never felt like sh*t what's the limit? I haven't noticed regrowth either maybe it slows things down, but I'm not on a GF diet. It has other benefits it lowered my blood pressure which can be associated with male pattern baldness so it's worth taking I noticed my skin looks better too.

3-5 tablespoon is really good.. I know some people went crazy on it and ended up feelign like crap...it detox the body.. some side effects of it..I suspect that ACV has something to do with the lymphatic system..which has effects on tissue fluid pressure..

Read the theory on hair loss from Stephen Foot..
Hair loss is associated with follicle shrinkage and involution of the hair bulb. ... The only variable factor here is the tissue fluid pressure. ...

Really interesting!!

I've got some Braggs ACV, not used it as part of my regimen though, although, bizarrely, I like the taste and drink it neat.

It's also good for taking before eating pasta, bread, rice, anything with lots of carbs in it, as it reduces the insulin rsponse in the body, which some people believe increases inflammation.

PS, Someone mentioned vitamin water earlier, this is no where near as healthy as it sounds, and the vitamins in it are synthetic.

is it the Malic Acid content from the ACV that makes it work? Is it the diuretic effects from it or the enzymatic reactions involved in the Kreb cycle( one of the body's main energy production processes).?? It is really interesting and your are not the first one that I see over the Internet having good progress on it..

All vinegars have some health benefits (the ones I know are related to insulin/glucose), but I doubt there's anything special about apple cider vinegar -- except that it tastes better than some others.

It's the acetic acid in vinegar that does the trick. I'm still waiting for proof that it's the "mother" in unfiltered ACV that is somehow magical.

A couple of tablespoons of vinegar daily should be enough.

Wow- I am stunned by the negativity of the responses from this post. I have nothing to gain from sharing this with anyone. I have no agenda nor do I own any stock in anything that would benefit from sharing this with anyone. I only wanted to let people know what is working for me. I don't know exactly why the acv is working, but yes, my hair is even thicker than the last time I posted. I took a photo a few weeks ago, and will try to upload it with a comparison. It's working so well that I had the weirdest sensation yesterday - I felt my hair blowing on the top of my head. Another amazing thing about the acv- I've gotten even more of my friends to start taking it and they are thrilled at what it's doing for them. My wife (who is used to me trying new things) even has given it a try. She has terrible sinus congestion. Since she has been drinking it, the congestion has gone away. I'm not asking anyone to trust me. As I recall, in one post I told people to trust no one- research things for yourself.

I just want to thank you for posting your experience and success with ACV. I don't see any motivation you would have to fabricate this story.

I guess it's possible you own a lot of stock in a company that produces ACV that you could benefit from increased sales. I dont really think posting your story on here is going to result in a huge increase in ACV sales. I researched ACV after your post and there was a lot of info on it already, mainly for things other then hair loss.

I did buy a bottle and am trying it. It does have a terrible taste and very bitter. It does burn and I'm trying the other suggestion of mixing it with Propel.

Thanks, Squeegee, for uploading the photos. Sorry they are so huge. Everything in the marked area is new growth. I was pure slick chrome dome in that region, and now there are hairs everywhere. The spot is decreasing every week. The rest of my hair that would never grow long is now growing like crazy. My wife cuts my hair with a trimmer; she noticed an increased volume of hair on the floor. Plus, it has gotten really soft and shiny. I'll keep posting new photos every month or so for documentation. I'm glad I was "encouraged" by the fellow posters to show the proof.

Does the Acetic acid makes the potassium/magnesium more bio-available in the ACV?? Just like the acid L-aspartic acid in some Liquid version of K?? Acetic Acid helps the body make more acetylcholine...

Squeegee, I don't know. We'll have to do some more research on that correlation. I do take a daily potassium supplement along with the acv. Thanks again for helping!
