Dude, amazing regrowth. Definitely add a second dose of Minoxidil to the temples. I wish you the best!

Holy ****, mate, that's incredible.
Keep it up.
I would also add a second minoxdil dose to the temples.
Good luck!

How many months did it take for you to start seeing regrowth, I'm at 6 1/2 months and going through a second shed. I'm yet to see hair growth from the previous shed.

great results!:punk:

are you applying minoxidil on a dry scalp? do you massage it in, or just kind of let it sit on top of your scalp?

Dry or wet. Sometimes I massage, sometimes I don't.

Coming up on month since my last update. Nothing to really report guys, progress wise. I'm in the middle of another shed that rivals the first one I went through when starting. I'm thinking it may be due to adding another application of minoxidil. Anyway, just hoping all the hairs grow back fuller and stronger like they did last time. Cheers.

Update (dry hair picture)

I decided to post an update picture after seeing my hairline in the mirror this morning. Wet, it looks worse than last month, but dry... it's looking pretty good, I think. Anyway, you can see the black hairs that i've described in other threads. No idea why my vellus hairs grew in black, but they did. It really helps me keep track of what quality of hair i'm losing.

Incredible hair growth, I really hope to get results near to this. Unfortunatly I have little faith. It seems the people who react well to finasteride are the ones with quite alot of body hair, which by the looks of your 3rd pic you do.

I'm a ****in sasquatch. My terminal hair follicles are also thicker and more coarse than anyone I know. I know a lot of people say they had/have a lot of hair. Believe me when I say, my hair was ****ing ridiculously thick. Unmanageably so. Soon..

lol yea, thought as much.

It seems there are 2 types of baldies. Some have high DHT levels which means lots of body hair and baldness. The other type has normal DHT levels but sensitive hair follicles which means low/average body hair and baldness.

The first type responds well to AA's as it brings their DHT levels to normal, stops baldness and they don't get side effects.
The other one gets side effects, and doesn't get much affect on the hair.

I fall under the "other one" except I have had great results from treatments. .

Well, boys and girls. The progress to my hairline seems to have come to an end. I'll sit at a Norwood 2.5ish comb-over until the time comes to transplant all up on that b**ch. Not sure how many graphs i'm going to use, prolly around 2,000, but i'm pretty sure i'm going to Cole, probably next May. Anyway, this is where i'm stalled and the hairstyle I have. (pretty much my only option at this point)

Nice bro. You're in a good position for the transplant and in a similar situation to me :)

First picture was scary bad, last picture was quite good. Most people don't respond this well or fast, this really is one of those miracle cases, congrats!

Wow.. been almost a year since I started treatment. Anyway, still on minoxidil and I switched to dutasteride about 5 months ago. Anyway, here's some pics. From worst-now. "Now" is the link. Not sure why it wouldn't load like the others.
