Hmm, you made me curious, and i looked upon that book "manipulated man". Couldn't get past the first few pages, the ideas are completely stupid for our times. A man=a human being which works, and woman=human being which does not work.

True but people on this forum over look something so important I feel, which goes for most women beyond 20. They know they can get sex anytime BUT they don't see that as a big deal deep inside. Any woman with a few brain cells knows this, they know it don't make them special, they know the man sees them as any other meat. This is why for me there is gender balance in a different kind of way. Both genders have drawbacks and advantages. Women crave an emotional bond more as well as physical attraction, how many hot guys will be willing to do this?

I do agree though, if a woman decides to use sex as a tool she will enjoy the luxuries that come with it. However, most self respecting women won't do this, luckily men use terms like w****s to put them in their place.

Definitely the average guy has to work harder in the dating scene. Thank feminism and white freaking knights.

Stop contradicting yourself. If you are going to have a biggoted old world view of gender roles then at least stick to that position. If you want true equality between sexes then there needs to be no double standards. That means women can sleep with as many men as they want without being labled a wh***, also it means it would be socially acceptable for men to use beauty aids such as wigs, etc.

Another example just today:

Two pretty girls sitting outside a coffee shop. They order food and when the waiter comes with their order, they get up and say "oh don't bother, we decided to leave".

He wished her a good day and just shrugged his shoulders at the other waiter.

A few years back, we tried to pull off the same move with my friends, and the waiters almost called the police. He even took my friend's bag by force to force him to stay.

Equality? I guess women wouldn't want to be treated like a man in those situations. This is just another example of the "pussy pass".

I've read through all of the comments in this thread, and as always, Fred is spouting inconvenient truths. Yes it hurts to read, but it's still true. HOWEVER, I am still SO ****ING HAPPY I was born a male. The freedom we have instinctually, as well as culturally, over women is such a blessing. Our testosterone drives us into unknown territory, with bravery and bravado that women can NEVER truly experience. Sure a woman can push herself to be adventurous like a guy, but it doesn't flow from her naturally. She has to overcome biology, and more often then not, after doing this, hates herself for it. (e.g. getting a grandiose career with no family in her late 40s, sleeping with a bunch of guys and never getting love). Sure we have a sometimes overwhelming urge for sex, but that is ASSISTED by our nature. Having a boatload of testosterone running through your veins, and pushing you to try new things, makes it easier to get sex.

Also, the compulsion to wear makeup and spend a lot of money on cosmetics all while having to portray an aura of indifference towards what men think of her is hilarious. There is so much cognitive dissonance in the female brain that I don't think I could ever actually spend my life with one. I even see it in my female family members. Unless something seriously changes in me, I think I'm going to live the rest of my life being in mini-relationships and never really committing myself to any woman long term.

In first world countries the differences between genders are fairly subtle. I don't think either gender has it better or worse than the other, it's just appreciating diversity. I think feminism has largely accomplished what it set out for, nowadays they are campaigning for stupid sh1t like strong female characters in games and movies as there is nothing meaninful to rant about any more.

Feminism is in shambles at this point, but not for reasons you're thinking. It used to be a united front. Now it is a heavily segmented, cannibalistic enterprise. what you described is what generally WHITE, MIDDLE to UPPER CLASS, SECULAR WESTERN feminism wants. White, middle to upper class, RELIGIOUS western women want completely different things than them. And of course, Black and hispanic feminists want YET other things. Asian women in the west seem to just want to marry hot white men, and I can't discern much else. However, in all seriousness, minority feminists and religious feminists are nothing like the "feminists" you hear about on MSNBC and tumblr. Many minority feminists resent white feminists, especially since they dominate the media and often times ignore female issues that don't affect privileged white women. However, there are also EASTERN EUROPEAN WHITE feminists who are nothing like Western White feminists, in that they only want financial liberty and opportunity, and none of this inane victimhood crap. And of course there are the hundreds of millions of Muslim women who stand in direct opposition to the Western white feminists. Finally, there are the POOR white western feminists who seem to just want financial opportunity and realize this other crap really isn't a big deal.

AND FINALLY, FINALLY, there are Western-white-middle to upper class-secular women who are just cool girls and not insane.

Who's to say which segment is right? All I know is, in the years to come, they are going to be fighting each other more than they are going to be fighting men.

Yeah, the tumblr feminists are generally the ones we run into at university, in work and in the media. There are good facets of feminisn ofc. Women are oppressed in certain countries, cultures and backgrounds no doubt.
Its a shame that it gets undermined by the bat**** mad ranting of the Anita sarkesian feminists and other idiots.
