Hey man, my shedding actually increased on Alchemy when I was taking two per week. My sides pre alchemy were a feeling of being bloated constantly (not gyno), weaker erections and some brain fog. The alchemy helped the bloated feeling massively and I felt great in regards to that, however it killed my erections and caused me to shed heaps.
