Getting a hair transplant here would not be a good answer, its better to use some sort of consealers. Remember that a hair transplant is just an illusion aswell, even if just a more permanent one than consealers.

Current protocol:
. Oral finasteride/propecia every day
. Oral 0.5mg dutasteride 1x/week
. Topical 8% minoxidil + caffeine 0.005% + medroxiprogesterone 0.0125% every morning
. Topical minoxidil 10% + azelaic acid 5% every night
. Topical latanoprost/xalatan 0.05% every night.

Will update results in 2 months or so if any

It seems stupid only by those who lack the knowledge. The fact remains, an hair transplant gives an illusion that the person has more hair than he has. And when making a choice to do it, it should be the last resort.

Update on regimen:
. Oral finasteride 1mg every day
. Oral dutasteride 0.5mg 2x per week
. 5 % minoxidil on hair and beard in the morning
. 100% organic castor oil on scalp every afternoon
. 5 % minoxidil solution with 0.5% finasteride and 0.05% alfatradiol compounded at a Chemistry every night.

Dropped for now stemoxydine and latanoprost as didn't see any changes on hair

Yes, I take every night just before bed.
Take dutasteride in the mornings on Wednesdays and Saturdays and still take the finasteride at night as on the other days

on the Next batch of counpounded minoxidil might also add beta estradiol at 0.05%, but that would be the last extreme attempt i would try.
Been thinking about the beta estradiol and oral spironolactone but might have too much feminizing effects, dunno.
Some ppl also have applying topical lipossomic DUTASTERIDE but not sure if the molecule isn't to big to penetrate the scalp tissue and reach the follicle, I believe the molecular weight of it is to big, so I haven't tried that yet.
Some ppl I know they add also flutamide to their topicals, but never read about it on this forum
