Yes very common, Egypt too, I was seeing "An Idiot Abroad" and noticed all sorts of crazy patterns.

I see.

But it still doesn't explain how my hair literally got blown away in 3/4 months. I mean I have heard of people receding pretty fast but even that takes 1/2 years and is called 'fast'. And it's also weird how my hair has basically remained unmoved for 2 years now.

Hmmm... thinking of investing in a hair loss microscope. Would be a worthy investment I think as it can track the hair loss to the tee.

Hardly any good hair specialists where I live. Feels bad man. I'm thinking of buying a hair telescope myself.

Yeah got hair loss on both sides [ although my left side it's much more extreme and the place where I have the least hair than anywhere else on my head, my right side also has hair loss but not to the same extent]. Back of my head is fine though from what I can tell.

Also had a hair cut just over 2 weeks ago and I have to say my hair grows back very quickly.

Well I might get on minoxidil. but my concern at the moment isn't really losing the hair- I mean, I've kept the same density now for over 2 years.

Are you also losing from the sides? I too experienced this loss in about 4 months at 17. Really still shocked to this day that so much hair was in just 4/5 months. How is it even possible?

Derm was basically useless.

Got back blood test results and everything is normal.

More than 2 years now and hair is the same.

Really would love to get my hair back that was lost in like 4 months lol.

So finally thought eff it, and bought rogaine, should be here in a few days.

Gonna be my first serious treatment after more than two years after the hair loss began!

Have to say I'm pretty excited.
