Well firstly Japanese women are a bit more picky than say, third world Asian women you may be referring to. But yes a white guy won't find it that hard to get a decent Japanese woman, and as far as Japanese guys go, being a small effeminate guy isn't end game at all like it is here. Half their women are stick figure sub 5 foot petiteness.
