I thought you were going very regularly a few months ago, 4+ times a week, and loving it.
It takes a lot of money to buy all that equipment, and the space could be used for other things. You are unlikely to be able to reproduce all those opportunities at home.
Ah no, I still am going to the gym 4 times a week, and then 1 or 2 work outs at home, that's what I meant. Still loving working out but the process of going to the gym, although not a big deal, is not preferred to being at home.
Maybe it is a bit optimistic to think I can do it all at home, but I can do a considerable range of upper body workouts at least, today I did several separate exercises which took over an hour, using just dumb bells and a bench. It's just things like leg presses and chest presses which make up a big expense, but I still feel like these can be replicated (possibly dangerously?).
Looks ridiculous but with a squat rack and some pins for safety (less than a few hundred dollars), this isn't far fetched.
A lot of cable movements, rows, lat pulldowns, can be done all with one relatively cheap machine (again, a few hundred dollars).
But when I say I've built up some ways of exercising at home, I've barely even been trying to, I haven't invested anything yet at all, so I think considering I can do a few full workouts without really pumping much money, 500 quid or so would go a long way.
