Balding At 27, Seeking For Advice...

Hello guys, I'm 27 years old and I'm balding. I am currently taking 1mg/day of finasteride and 2ml/day of Minoxidil (I started 10 months ago more or less).
I would like an advice, on my current situation and on if I can do something more than taking those two drugs.
I heard about Nizoral shampoo, it really helps?

Can be much worse at your age, but still not really bad. There are not too much options for cis-guys; the most effective treatment as for now are finasteride/dutasteride, topical/oral minoxidil and topical antiandrogens (RU 58841, spironolactone, cyproterone, flutamide, enzalutamide etc). If you want to stop further balding for sure, just cut your balls or use chemical castration drugs. There is no miracle pill for treating this disease right now.

I would be happy just by stopping the hair loss for 10 years...I have no beard I will look terrible without hair...fuckin genetics...

Thanks for the opinion tho, but what do you mean by cis-guys?

By cis I mean those people whose gender identity matches the sex that they were assigned at birth, i.e most men and women. The opposite of cis is trans, i. e. those people who experience issues with their gender identity.

Crown looks good. Pretty similar to mine. I don't think most would notice that part. finasteride will stop the loss so that's great. minoxidil will regrow but if you've been on for 10months im not sure how much more. You could up to 5mg from 2mg.

After that, you could get a transplant which would fill in the recession. With the finasteride and minoxidil, you should maintain what you have and I don't see any reason why you couldn't for at least 10 years.
