I know your very frustrated, but TRY to realize hair isnt everything. I understand how hard it must be for you, and I hope you can come to a good recovery.

Definitely start on big 3, and get a haircut.

I dont care what everyone says, longer hair will actually emphasize your balding if your hair loss is aggresive. Get a buzz cut and you might feel a lot better.
