He also looks like he's on a huge amount of anabolic steroids too though so not sure he's a good one to base the effects of topical estrogen on.

In all fairness I haven't experienced any gyno, a bit of weight gain, that's about it. I don't think it's all about changing your serum E2 but more about what happens when you apply it to the scalp itself and if nothing else, the downregulation of androgen receptors on the scalp.

But yeah, he's clearly taking stuff to keep his mass up, which is fine, no judgement but the sh*t he's on it's no wonder he would see no appreciable difference in terms of serum levels. He also may be directly or indirectly taking things that help estrogen clearance, so that would also explain it.

Magnesium does that, in case you didn't know, it will expedite the removal of estrogen from your body.

i have a bad experience minoxidil i got some wrinkles, water retention allergies, etc, I am searching for some good growth stimulants

here is what i will use rn, i found out that sildenafil cream can work and that they are on par with 2% minoxidil also stemoxydine there is a study saying that it grows 1500-3000 hairs which can be a good addition, also oral castor oil, and probably adenosine and ru58841 to help with the regrowth I am also on finasteride.

i heard topical estrogen can help i don't really want to risk feminization so i will use an Estrogen cream but are those effective?

please recommend anything that can help


EDIT : i read about redensyl and that its good too do you think its effective ?

I think arginine and Citrulline (preferred) are the only things that mimic minoxidil directly
