You stated that trimming looks better than a "balding diffuse head" at NW5+. My point was that it's pretty much impossible to have a "diffuse head" if you're that far gone.

I never said NW5+ should shave their head slick bald instead of trim it.

He has alopecia totalis, so people are trying to be sympathetic.

Really unfortunate guy, I feel for him. Looks like it's not Androgenetic Alopecia, super weak eyebrows in some pics, no beard either. He has nothing to offset the baldness which draws attention to his head shape. I'd go for a hair piece if I were him.

There is one type of baldness where hairs are still present in a small amount(near hairline) despite huge baldness.
I have been through this type of baldness.

I will send pics if I found such type of pics online.
I have been through this type of baldness where vertex is totally gone,yet hairs on the hairline.

I can somehow understand that, but come on, there is some line between being sympathetic, and complete delusional.
What if i had medical condition that causes to a dick growing out of my forehead, with 2 giant balls hunging? So people would tell me "ho thats so cute, much better this way!" to be sympathetic? Better say nothing imo

Also, the dude must know that it looks bad, so why he uploads all those photos? Is he trying to hear lies??

Hey, he does look a lot more normal when the b&w offsets his pastiness and with eyebrows.

His head still is two inches too high. Bordering on conehead levels.
