no, no the case of mr. molko was quite mysterious to me for a while but this is what I can say about it by now: I've actually come to the conclusion that he isn't even balding or at least wasn't when all these pictures were taken. the rather thin hair on top he seems to have always had, even when he was in his early 20s. his natural hair color is light brown but he's dying his hair black and this is what seems to cause most of the balding effect, when the fair roots begin to show. some of the pics you picked were taken many years before the era when he totally shaved his head and then wore his hair closely cropped for quite a while (around 2006 when "meds" came out, you can watch the video to the same titled single on youtube to check his head xD). when you look at his scalp back then (there are many pics fans made etc, not talking about anything retouched) you see that he isn't balding nor has any scars or marks that would reveal transplantation. and he cut his hair real short again after the last and rather recent of your pics, that is in 2011 I think. I totally get why one could think he is balding but as far as I can tell he really doesn't seem to be. of course I don't know what went on on his head during the last year but before that the visual fullness of his hair always seemed to depend on whether it was freshly dyed and washed. or not
