A little over a week in. Been using it twice per day, strictly on the front hairline including the temple area. I'm using quite a bit - probably between 7-10 sprays per application. The hair feels more robust. The fragrance of my hair is pleasant now. (Yes, the last two sentences are a joke).
No real news to report - I'm not applying it to my entire head, so I doubt I'll see much/any reduction in shedding. I'm hoping to see regrowth. Interestingly, I do think I see a few new hair sprouting near my temple points well in front of where the rest of the hair starts, but I'll wait and see because even though I obsess over my hair and feel like I know where every existing strand is, it may just be in my mind. However, I should note that when I used Monixidil for about 5-7 weeks 18 months ago I almost certainly did have new hair growth in this same region - it was noticeable. I stopped Minoxidil because I feared the shed people talk about, since I was using it on my hairline and didn't want to lose more ground, even if only temporarily. I'm HOPING there's no shed with Trinov. I'm also hoping that it works for folks with the same etiology of hair loss (whatever that may be) that I have, since my case is not typical (I have diffuse retrograde alopecia with recession as well as massive vertex balding; my sides and back are super thin as well as with most caes of retro).
EDIT: I should note that my hair grows extremely fast, and in general I believe that my cell turnover/reproduction rate is much greater than the average person's (not sure if hair cycle progression is tired to/correlates with growth rate or is something different entirely, however). This is why I'm fairly confident that IF results are to be had on a treatment, I should see them more quickly than the average person. I have several pieces of evidence for this: my hair stylist of 20 years says that she's never seen someone's hair grow as fast as mine (I go every 2-3 weeks); my beard grows very fast; and I have healed from a variety of injuries both internal and superficial (and a couple of very serious ones) extremely quickly and in some cases to the amazement of the doctors, who couldn't understand the fact that I had healed without intervention in some cases, the rate of the healing, as well as the completeness (or "perfectness" as one put it) of the healing. I'm pretty sure this runs in my family, and it's also responsible for why the quality of my skin at nearly 41 is more like a 27-30 year old's skin. All my parents and grandparents look 10-20 years younger than their ages as well, and I think it's due to cell turnover.
