Can finasteride make you immune to the effect of other meds?

I have taken Zoloft and Anafranil (Clomipromine) since I was 17, 4 years before I started finasteride at 21. I have noticed at 25 I feel a lot less anxiety than before and have an emotional flatness. I also don't really notice when I haven't taken my meds for the day, where before I would get anxious as the day went on without meds. Why and how could this be?

As far as i know Finasteride doesn't have significant influence on other meds. But on some people it had been observed to cause a sort of "mind fog" and slight lack of concentration. I'm a finasteride (1/4 Proscar) user for more that 5 years but never noticed those effects.
