Can I combine ru58841 powder with my finasteride/min topical and not ruin it?

Wondering if it would be possible to combine the ru58841 powder with my hims topical finasteride/min and not ruin the chemical composition? Like, would I get the effects of ru58841 combined with the topical finasteride/min or would the powder somehow ruin it all?
