I would just add that because diagnosis of anything but male pattern baldness appears to be extremely hit and miss and I know of no records related to Telogen Effluvium or other recoveries from non-male pattern baldness especially in a male hostile growth environment. If someone isn't anti reductase inhibitors, yes, I would go on finasteride/duta regardless because maturing hair lines/full blown male pattern baldness can start out looking similarly but also might present as some thing as concomitant but not causative.

Your hairline looks good and perfectly intact without really signs of recession, so most likely you are fine. For miniaturization, if the hairs that fall out progressively get thinner (and many times you can see them taper throughout the hair itself).
Hairline is fine but my overall density is really deppresing. It looks like I've had a haircut... It's so bad
