There is a good news because they have updated the schedule and Breezula is back to 2021 (well at least i think this is more updated than their website):

About the Phase II/b they are currently doing:

• 404 subjects enrolled
• 369 subjects up to 6th month visit
• Topline results of 6 month interim analysis June/July 2018
• Topline 12 month results December 2018/January 2019

1. Isnt Rogaine and Minoxidil the same shjt ? Why didnt they count it ?
2. I am quite surprise that the acne industry outnumbered the baldy industry. There is already cure for acne, i.e. isotretinoin, and tons of cosmetics out there, why do we need this Winlevi. Shjt, focus of the poor baldy industry, we are dying ... for 20+ years.

i believe many people are reluctant to use isotretinoin cause it can f*** you up quite a lot

I used isotretionin and I blame it on my early onset male pattern baldness. Me and my brother both took it and are now nw3 + while my oldest brother never took it and has full head of hair.

How come an acne drug have more market opportunity than an alopecia drug?

It's pretty simple actually:

• Most people get acne (women and men).
• Most balding men don't give a f*** or don't even try treatments.
• Most people who try treatments don't have the patience to wait 6-12 months for results and stop early because "it's not working".

Now I am pretty sure that most balding men don't like it but this forum is a bubble.

This is pretty big. The question is whether penetration to the sebaceous gland is enough to prevent androgens from attacking the follicle or if they will need a more penetrative delivery method. That would make preventing systemic absorption more difficult.

I've seen success stories from people who got their hands on CB over the years so I don't doubt it can work.

Champpy I can't tell you where as I forget, but I definitely read somewhere about a month or two ago that their hair loss trial is going very well.

Most of the guys that were willing to go to the length of getting CB were also doing other stuff, including growth stimulants, so it was a bit of both. The maintenance was there for sure and the last update we got from trials for Breezula showed that they were seeing regrowth on par with minoxidil.

"Breezula® has shown a favorable efficacy profile versus Minoxidil® in both HGA (0.3 vs 0.12) and IGA (0.43 vs 0.4). As for mean increase in TAHC at Month 6 (12.70 Breezula® vs. 18.8 Minoxidil®)."

Holy sh*t the shares value of Cassiopea literally doubled overnight. That's good for Breezula too since they use the same base molecule but with different concentrations and vehicle.

Regardless we should get the 6 months results pretty soon.

It is pretty exciting but long way to go. If, BIG IF, this is the first topical anti-androgen, not just DHT inhibitor but any androgen that could potentially harm follicles, then it can be used in conjunction with oral sevi/fevi to possibly become the new prevention regimen to stop hair loss for an entire lifetime.
