Hi All,

Does anyone know what the preferred vehicle/carrier for CB-03-01 is yet?

I hovered over Hellouser's regimen on his profile and it seems he is using it, does anyone know what carrier he is using for it?

Are many user's on the forum using CB-03-01 yet?

I'm using a custom vehicle I got from a group buy, however an ethanol/PG vehicle should work as well as long as it dissolves. Desmond84 posted a vehicle from VersaPro on another forum I'll quote him here:

Hey guys, sorry for not being here as often as I used to. Been busy doing a whole bunch of exciting stuff. So here's what I've been up to.

Around 6 months ago, when I got back from Korea, our company suddenly underwent new management and decided to provide compounding services at some of their larger Pharmacies and lucky enough, our Pharmacy was on that list.

For those not familiar with medical terms, "compounding" is when a Pharmacy prepares a medicinal product on site. Most of these are pessaries and creams but can include tablets, capsules, suppositories, lotions etc etc.

Anyways, long story short, I put my hand up to get the training which went on for a month and came across some amazing formulations and vehicles along the way. The whole time I was thinking about how many options we have at our fingertips to use as a vehicle for CB-03-01. We just didn't know about it.

And here's the interesting part, when we did the 'topical preparation' session, a particular vehicle kept on being mentioned called "Versapro" by a company called Medisca.

The studies they showed us involved using Versapro as a vehicle for Progesterone and it beat all other competitor's in terms of dosage delivered by a mile! I've attached these studies below for you to see. Not only that, it has crazy properties. As long as your active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is a salt it is able to carry deep into the dermal layer. It has amazing penetrating properties and is ideal for steroidal and hormonal therapies. Ironically, CB-03-01 is in salt form and a steroid.

The results speak for themselves. Check it out:

Here's also the study testing its penetration properties using a steroidal active ingredient (Hydrocortisone).

So anyways, after I came across all of this mind blowing information, I sat down with our lecturer and told him about the properties of CB-03-01 (molecular weight, pKa, pH, its salt form, etc) and he was pretty certain Versapro would get it where it needs to go (dermal layer). I'm also pretty sure it will be sufficient.

The lecturer also always pointed out, if you're not sure which one will do the job, most probably Versapro will! It's a no-brainer. Anyways guys that's all I gathered over the last few months of training. Hope it's been useful.

Oh also, any compounding chemist in Australia and USA can order this 'base' in for you. We have been ordering a ton in over the last month and it's cheap as chips. We get a 100g jar for about $20. All you need to do is weigh 2g of CB and mix it into it and your good to go. With regards to its consistency, it is definitely something you wanna apply overnight and wash off in the morning.

Good luck my brothers and please post any questions that you may have. I'll try my best to answer your questions.

Cheers.

He went on to post this as well:

In Pharmacy we use the 'Doubling method' to add a powder into a cream. This video is a perfect tutorial for those wanting to give this a shot. This method ensures, the powder is evenly distributed into the cream.

And finally, he posted a custom vehicle/cream for it as well, see below:

Hi guys, as promised here's the formulation for Topical Cortexolone 17-Alpha Propionate (CB-03-01) 2% In a Light Vanishing cream for application to scalp.

Ingredients:
1) Cortexolone 17-Alpha Propionate (CB-03-01) 2g
2) Ethoxy Diglycol 6mL
3) Medisca HRT Cream 92g

Preparation:
1) Dissolve the CB-03-01 in 6mL of Ethoxy Diglycol to form a homogenous suspension.

2) Add to the HRT Cream using the doubling method.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place below 25 C
Protect from Light

CB-03-01 is a small molecule and lipophilic in it's nature. There never were any reasons to believe it won't penetrate the stratum corneum with a simple vehicle. Only the unknowingly community invented that bull****. Most used it at 1-2% and it didn't work for them, that's why they had to blame the "vehicle" lol. It isn't a vehicle issue it's a concentration issue. There is a reason the stuff is being trialed at 5% now 2x a day (100mg a day). Ultimately your goal is to sufficiently antagonize the androgen receptor.

1% or 2% might simply be not enough for most people.

BTW hopefully results will be coming in from their clinical trial soon. If this molecule shows a favorable profile in terms of side effects this will be very great. Especially for people that have side effects with current treatments.

Cool, keep us updated! What concentration are you going to use?

Sadly, I will be a TERRIBLE test subject. I have just started a regimen of several different things. (OC, minoxidil, Castor Oil, etc). If I am able to get to a stable hair-point, I may remove items one-by-one over time for science. If I can relate any useful data, I will do so! (User el_duterino has just started CB as well.) Regarding concentration, I will likely use 5% based on your post above.

Actually, this might be helpful: I am currently on RU 50mg-100mg. I will likely exhaust my RU supply before replacing it with CB. I will report any changes I observe after the switch.

I'll be using CB-03-01 as part of my regimen, when I get my hands on it. Can only really afford 1% daily which may not do much on its own but I can't afford more than that. The anti-inflammatory properties attract me the most. Will make a log when I have everything.

Ahh the kitchen sink regimen :). If anything CB-03-01 is quite a promising candidate imo. That is if their hypothesis holds ground. I'm pretty curious about the clinical trial results. Good luck!

Are you aware of the estimated date for the clinical trail results to be released swoop?

Are you aware of the estimated date for the clinical trail results to be released swoop?

Check their report of march 25, 2015; http://www.cosmopharmaceuticals.com...presentations/250315/250315_Zurich_Report.pdf.

• Recruitment is in progress and treatment will be completed by end of 2015

Here is the clinical trial; https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/study/NCT02279823

It's still recruiting by the way which is weird perhaps they haven't updated it;

Estimated Primary Completion Date:November 2015 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)

So it should be end of this year. Hopefully they don't have any delays. Not sure they will actually release the results though, sometimes they don't. If the results are positive I bet they will though :).

Might be getting this soon in a groupbuy for dem researchers. Price will be $60 for 1 gram. Should make it more viable for many people to trial this at a desired concentration. 99% minimum from a new source.

I would be open to this. This is the best price I have see .

Thanks! Their pictures seem to indicate hair strand thickening.

Guess I'll be using 50mg/ml twice a day, mixing it with Eth/PG, and maybe mixing it with minoxidil as well?

I've got a freezer full of "Breezula"!

Nice man. When are you going to start? Eth/PG is completely fine. Very few people (almost nobody actually) have trialed CB at a strength of 5%. You are dropping RU58841 because of side effects?

been using 40mg CB in neogenic last week or so obviously way to early to tell how effective its going to be long term but shedding is down still so it looks promising.
