CB causes sexual side effects?!

According to el_duterino, and some other accomplished posters on the HLH forum, CB does indeed cause sexual side effects (lowered libido to be exact).

What is the general consensus on this? Is this true? Have anyone else experienced this? And how is it possible?

right. Or maybe he altered something because of that.

Anyway, Ivan, since 4,5 months I've been doing 50-60mg in 2,5 ml (neogenic or eth+pg+transcutol) before going to bed, and always had nightly and morning erections (sometimes quite annoying).
No libido impact, or anything else. (I was having some libido issues with finasteride, and no morning erections).

P.S. as reported in another thread here, I'm using a proper CB, NMR tested by me.

edit: maybe it was not clear enough: with cb i have always morning erections, and no issues with libido.

Yeah some guy said he took some CB and then he couldnt jerk off that day. Sounds like pretty good proof to me. They may as well cancel CB trials now why waste the money if it causes sexual sides. My first question is how do you know you actually have CB who tested that batch you used? Next question is what dosage and vehicle did you use? Did you have impotence problems before you even came on the forum?

You guys are really writing off a drug that a company has spent millions and millions of dollars researching based off what a couple forum posters are saying when no one even knows if they're using the formula and god knows where they're getting the drug made from?

Not saying this will or won't have sides but cmon, get a grip.

I don't see how this is possible. It has to be placebo effect.

Nothing in medicine is 100% guaranteed and every person is different. Some people might be extremely sensitive to anti-androgens. There is a guy on HLH who had sides from S5 and couldnt tolerate CB at 10mg. Talk about luck.

let me add: we cb users are a bad sample for sides testing.

the typical cb user has passed the high cost threshold after having tried cheaper and results-proven alternetives, e.g. finasteride, ru, or even worse. and, if he left them, it's probably because of sides.

so, his body is already hit by hormonal or neurosteroidal issues, which maybe didn't have the time to clear out.

so, if any meds' sides are very subjective and different for everyone, this is particularly true for us.

Its true nothing is 100 percent in medicine because you might have people saying they have sides and are just wrong or having a placebo effect. You can never know the truth not to mention maybe supposed sides are simply from changes as they get older. Nothing in life stays constant as you get older things change naturally and of course your going to attribute that to whatever drug your taking

It's my understanding that this CB is instantly metabolized into something with no AA properties. It's inconceivable that such a drug could have sexual side effects. Some people could get sexual sides from drinking water if you told them that water causes impotence.

I don't think any studies or trials have showed how long it takes for it to metabolize. That's what might be key for some people

When you look at the current options mainly propecia and you compare it to CB does CB really have that high of a chance of causing worse sides than the finasteride everyone is using?
The fact we have 25 years of data and history on AAs in general its a bit mind boggling its going to take until 2021 to actually finish this. How could CB just being topical alone be worse then the propecia we all are forced to use? I think all the propecia help guys would say that CB is probably safer without even doing further study on.
Why not make it available in the next year or now? A ton of current finasteride users are already experimenting on themselves. Give them some legit CB and presto human phase 3 trials in fraction of the time

Yeah I used it for 6 months or so. Didn't notice any sides. But then I don't get sides from RU/dutasteride (yet).
I know a lot of people using CB fine who couldn't tolerate finasteride or even RU in small amounts. I've no doubt it's the safest of available treatments.
