Drug dealing makes good money and doesn't need a degree. My roommate made 8k last week. Thats over 400k a year.
Better than most professionals

Look into that if you think getting a degree as a baldy is worthless. Look at walter white as inspiration for a career path.

This currycel pile on bears resemblance to when fullheads sh*t on baldites.

We are all the same, shitting on some group to try to increase our own perceived value.
I like to sh*t on everyone. These bob and vagene memes have been making me LOLZ hard. It's not necessarily because of their appearance, but the vulgar broken English.

I think it's worthless, unless you'll get into Harvard, MIT, Stanford, etc or plan to be a professional scientist.

Of course being handsome is better than being ugly. Even in the workplace. But if you dress well and keep your bald head in order no one will dispute your professionalism. Even in finance.
Of course you will f*** fewer good looking colleagues but really you should not be afraid about your bald head.

Do you have good references and overall knowledge? Sure, the halo effect is real and a Norwood 1 may be more "aesthetically" pleasing but if he comes off as a complete dumb *** the place will 100% pick you.

Yes, but OP has no control over that.

A business degree is worthless.

Why not study a real subject?

If not, pick up a trade. I met elevator maintenance dudes who are making over fifty an hour as journeymen in the union. granted its difficult to get in....

I don't really understand, I just understand the frustration. But is it really that relative to your success? "Halo effect" is statistically relevant to a 4% wage difference, good looking people in the same jobs tend to be 96% less worse off than average and ugly people.

The effect exists and is real, no doubt, but it mainly applies to people assuming that good looking people must have a happier and better life. It does not necessarily mean that good looking people do.

At 22 I don't know if you're expecting to be a CEO or some sh*t. Have you even done interviews yet or you're just anticipating all of this?

This is true, but paradoxically very ugly people are the richest of all.

"The least attractive 3% of the population out-earned the 50% who are only sort of ugly or just average looking"

Looks will have an impact on first impressions but don't blow out of proportion how far it will take you in the long run in an employment setting. I had a female coworker who was 8/10 and people unanimously hated working with her because of her subpar work ethic. Simultaneously had a 4/10 female coworker the same people, including myself, enjoyed working with because she was a hard worker/pulled her own weight and was also relatively cool personality wise

Now if we're talking opportunities for sleeping with your colleagues that's a different matter entirely

this.

these goobies blow this crap way out of proportion.

we interview and hire people based on there credentials and most importantly their personality. how compatible are they? are they willing to learn?

this looks sh*t is over played. i feel like most of the people spouting this crap work at abercombie and fitch.

now if we want to discuss sleeping with your colleagues. looks are all that matter

If you do multiple internships during a business degree with legitimate big names in the private sector and get a near perfect GPA business degrees give by far the best medium and long term opportunities and salaries.

If you don't do that like 99% of people who do them, then what you said is a far better option.

Understanding finance and investing in the long term is more important than any career though and most tradies don't have a clue how to manage money.
