Well it is hollywood.

I'd say he's on propecia and when filming his role in movies; he applies toppik.

And besides

WHY WOULD ANY MAN ADMIT HES BALDING?

That'd damage his reputation if anything. It doesn't make any sense at all.

He grows his hair out to cover his hairline then applies toppik.

I would imagine he's on minoxidil and finasteride. There's literally no reason for him not to be. His entire life is about him looking attractive. He wouldn't go a day without a workout, I'd imagine. He wouldn't go a day without brushing his white teeth. He wouldn't go a day without finasteride/minoxidil.

Naw man! If he loses his hair, he just needs to be confident and positive and he'll still get cast for roles in movies!

LOL, just kidding, nobody likes seeing bald men on screen as the protagonist.

I truly do not get the incessant allusions to Bruce Willis (who isn't nearly the star he once was because of diminished sex appeal) and Jason Statham who's at best a B-List celebrity. Bruce Willis does crap movies that 25 years ago would've been beneath him. Jason Statham plays literally the same character every movie.

The only truly elite romantic leads in movies, THROUGHOUT HISTORY, have been NW1-NW2s.

Rudolph Valentino-1920s-Full head of hair, classic slick back
Clark Gable-1930-40s-Full head of hair, classic side part
Marlon Brando-1950-60s-Full head of hair, classic side part
Al Pacino-1970s-Full head of hair, all kinds of styles
Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt-1980-90s-literally lifelong NW1s
Jude Law-1990s-NW2 and lost everything career-wise post 2003ish
Johnny Depp-1990-2000s-Long thick hair
Leonardo Dicaprio-1990-2000s-2010s-Thick head of hair, at worst NW2

How can Bruce Willis and Jason Statham be compared to these guys? They aren't even in the same league. Bruce Willis MIGHT have been in the late 80s and early 90s. But even that is a stretch.

It's because the people that use the Bruce Willis example are disingenuous assholes. It's a copout response done by the laziest twats just to end the conversation rather than try to listen to you and learn about the problem. They dont want to hear about your problem with hair loss or even resolve (they never will anyway) because... a) theres no cure and b) POSITIONAL GOOD THEORY!!

It's no different that telling a balding guy to just 'be confident' when its a total lie. Confidence doesn't grow hair on my head... and it doesnt get a lady's pantys wet when youre bald.

Yeah, telling a bald guy to be confident about his baldness is equivalent to telling him to be delusional. You can tell a bald man to be confident about his facial aesthetics, or his height, or his social status, or his body, but to actually tell him to "rock his bald head" or "be bald with pride" or "bald is sexy" is just pure delusion. It's like literally continuing to argue to your child Santa Clause exists well into high school so he can go to school talking about Santa Claus and get THOROUGHLY embarrassed.

I don't want to create a new topic to tell this anecdote but, I thought it was worth mentioning on this forum.

I had a one night stand with an Asian girl. Right after sex, she tells me:

"I was not sure I was going to have sex with you, for a second, I looked at your hair and thought you were suffering from some harsh disease."

Well, as my best friend would say: "It only happens to you!" Again it shows what's going on in the head of females when it comes to hair loss perception.

Balding = diseased, crappy genes, "Ew don't touch me".

Did you sleep with an autistic woman? What the hell kind of comment is that?

Bump.

So, everyone knows I support Celtic. Just thinking about the old manager Neil Lennon (hero) and his hair.

Since about 2004 he had been shaving is head, also from 2010 to 2013(ish), he shaved it very close to the scalp.

2011:

Big difference, you could see his temples were very light in the first but today look at it!

Hasn't had a hair transplant - no time - must be finasteride and minoxidil, surely?

I'm a wanderers fan, absolutely love Lenny here, I think he's gonna do a great job for us. Anyway back on topic, I see him all the time in press conferences etc and I completely agree, his hair has dramatically increased in density in the frontal area.

Really? I always watch out for Bolton now, since Lennon arrived. I hope he does well, I know its tough with the large debts but there were positive signs there last season. The form increased massively. Good luck for the season.

Yep, agreed I noticed it a few years ago but I never massively paid attention, it's so long now.

JKSL - he does style it that way yes but if you have a look at this you'll see it messy, it's not just good concealing, its unreal hairgrowth. Madness.

Hmmm you're right. If it's not a hair transplant, could be finasteride

Maybe she wasn't used to seeing a young guy with hair loss. MPHL is less common in Asian countries.

Theres quite a few notable exceptions to be fair. Leading men, are hurt more by small/weak jaws than they are by hair loss. Well hurt is really misusing that word, since nobody has a small jaw happen to them out of the blue lol.
