CB is a very deep actor and really gets into his roles. During the shooting of American Psycho he was said to have sweat at the exact time he was meant to. Look at his weight loss for the machinist and his weight gain for Batman. He clearly is a very dedicated actor. I can see why he would get angry when some retard does something to ruin a scene he's been preparing for. If you had been preparing a speech and someone turned off your microphone and you had to say the speech again you would lose it.

After every take the sound guy is supposed to stop the recording. Before each take one of the sound guys says, "Speed," to let you know that sound is rolling. To keep rolling after a take is a deal breaker. No one would ever not roll sound before a take--this doesn't happen, because action isn't called until you hear "Speed" from the sound guy and "Rolling" from the camera operator.
