The title OP - should this even be questioned? Of course it could, and in many cases it will.

idk if therapy would benefit me in anything, thoughts?
Most likely not. Anything that will not give you hair on your head probably won't help, at least in my case. I'm another girl losing hair from a young age, now wearing a hair piece. Idk how bad your hair is but if it's getting bad and you have already exhausted all treatment options you should consider a hair piece. It's scary I know but it beats looking bald.

I'm a Ludwig I-2 now so no need for hairpieces if minoxidil gives me some regrowth or maintains what's there, will be doing concealers from now on though, would anti anxiety meds maybe help with the stress it produces or is it useless?
