Idk if it makes you feel better or worse but even if you were a NW0 I think you would still look older than your age. Part of it might be that you have a pretty thin face and so wrinkles show up easier

You are textbook Norwood 7. Norwood 6 is what baldcafe is. Look at the sides of his head, they are higher. Also the back doesn't dip as far, though I do see he is dipping.

Also look at the donor hair comparison. He has a lot more grafts than you do.

Truth is, a Norwood 6 can, with multiple surgeries and a good surgeon, get the appearance of a full head of hair if his donor region permits it. Ask @justinbieberscombover.

But unfortunately for a Norwood 7 the surface area of bald is too big and the donor region is too small. It's like a Norwood 6 has 100 cm² of donor to cover 200 cm² of bald and a Norwood 7 has 50cm² of donor to cover 250cm² of bald. It just isn't remotely feasible.

Is it really impossible for a NW7 to get a hair transplant? Joe Tillman was basically NW7 and he got back to a thick NW2-3 even after having had two botched transplants.
