david, to back up your claim when i took finasteride at 250 pounds i had ALOT more estrogen side effects. now that im taking it at 215 i dont feel anything besides my nips being aesthetically puffy sometimes.

I too am also going for a blood test, the last time i went for one was when i was 260 and my estro was slightly elevated my Doctor said but still within normal range, so im excited to see what its gonna be this time. BTW i was on lower doses of finasteride when i got my first blood test, ill be going wednesday to see where im at with 4x 1mg dosage a week.

The clinical trials on finasteride show an *average* 15% increase in both T and E, but if you have a lot of aromatase then it seems you could just get an increase in E.

I'm working hard to lower my body fat, it's a slow albeit gradual process. I'm hoping I'll be more masculine at the end in both appearance and temperament.

Might also improve my ED.

The Hairlosscases that have good and results with DHT-BLOCKERS (without side effects)
are not more than 50%.

Statistics we can make from the side effects cases.
Most of the cases that have side efects, is because these Men have high Estrogen (Oestrone or Estradiol)
and Normal DHT.

That means if someone with Normal DHT takes a DHT-BLOCKER then the dht levels will go even more lower,
and the body can't work with so low dht-levels.
Thats why they start the sexual side effects.

The best is if we measure the Hormones,
we can't make a mistake in the Therapy.

I have more than 50 friends that have measured the Hormones, and then the took the right Therapy,
For high DHT

or for high Estrogen.

Also I assume that taking one of these supplements would have no effect on producing more testosterone/DHT? Don't want to be counter-productive against the Propecia lol

I started taking horny goat weed because it seems to give a boost in strength when lifting. But not sure if it is bad for the hair ..
