curcumin content of tumeric, and absorption

Thanks Doctor.
Do you or anyone else has opinions on any of these. I have heard along with other stuff they are good for your body too.

1. Pumpkin seed oil
2. Beta Glucan.
3. Cinnamon.

I dont remember exactly what is each good for. I had the advantages of all this stored on my home computer which I will have access to only when I am back in the US.

I started eating a lot of cinnemon. Cheap.
