Dark cycles under eyes (Regimen: Revivo/minoxidil)

I've read instances where dark circles have been attributed to both finasteride and minoxidil. Certainly minoxidil can cause water retention and bags under the eyes which may make them look darker. No idea how finasteride would do it, but I had them more so when on finasteride - but then again I was also perpetually tired.
