@Will Alexander

You're 21, so I'm going to be honest with you (old enough to start taking something, if needed,
lot's of people are 13 here, and want their parents to script then on something).

A Norwood one is basically one centimeter above where it should be. You might be that, on the hairline

Basically though, a Hair Transplant surgeon won't touch you, or consider doing anything.

If you treat it early now, you will never have to worry about Androgen Alopecia.

That's just my opinion. I'm not a doctor though, so he/she might be right.

Also, you could be a "vertex only" thinner as well. There are lots of guys on this sight without receding
hairlines.

UPDATE: Sides do feel and look a bit like they're going thinner. My hair is still very thick but for how long Idk. One thing I forgot to mention is after I lost a family member the left side of my hair thinned suddenly back in March 2016. About 3 cm across and was told it was AA/Telogen Effluvium. It I still had Telogen Effluvium, I suppose that could maybe impact my hairline? thoughts anyone?

Stress can be an underlying factor to hair loss. I know a few guys from university back in the day who had a full head of hair but when the graduated they were literally bald.

I agree with about the 70% of people including your dermatologist that your hairline is fine. At 22 you would make a lot of guys jealous with that hair.

It's not a stupid question. I couldn't understand it either. It's from Europe, or Australia, not sure.

It means Original Poster.

No you're thinking of OTP, On the piss, which came from Australia.

OP monitor and re-assess in 6 months. Your head reminds me of Sherminator from American Pie

Just keep an eye on it imo. If you notice any changes then consider starting Finasteride.

Stress can cause hair to fall out months after the event.

The good new for you is it should all grow back, as long as the stress is over.

Update: Hairline is still similar, I never posted any pictures of my hair wet so here are some for you all to take a look at. The thinning on the left side is the sudden hair loss that I pointed out in an earlier post. Feedback would be appreciated

Thanks for the feedback, seriously hope you're right. I'm calm but it's not a nice thing to have hanging over you.

You have disgustingly thick hair as evidenced in the wet pictures. I don't think my hair was that thick when I was eight years old.

Get off this forum, stop worrying about hairloss and take photos of your hair every 6 months or so

Update: right side of the hairline seems to be thinning and starting to recede, left side isn’t as bad which makes me think it can’t be a maturing hairline because of how uneven it now looks. Thoughts?
