Nice catch. Looks like there's diffuse thinning. I think his left temple has receded a lot in the past 12 months. I'm sure he'll be getting a transplant soon. Seems like it would be at a point of no return if the recession continues without treatment for 3 years.

I'd put him at a 2, 2.5. Probably would look much worse if he didn't have such a low hairline to start with. But the overall health of even his midcrown area seems to be declining. Brittle and weightless.

The Roast was in April 2015. He was growing out his hair at the time. He kept pulling it back, must've had an effect after all. His receding hairline and thinning started to get prominent around mid last year.
