Yeah that was an attack out of nowhere. Also he lost loads of hair volume over the years, his hair count dropped probably overall. But he was on finasteride since he hit 18 just for safety.

I am sure that he uses Finasteride and minoxidil. Or Finasteride/dutasteride alone.

Because of his skull stuctre he is not Norwood 1. Other than that you cant predict anything. People with bad skull structure can just be norwood 2 and stay like that forever, some can go full norwood 7.
