I don't think that it's autistic because autism is characterized by certain social behaviours.
Regarding the other point, I'm not sure. But it's not a perfect solution. The hairline might not look realistic, you might get lifts in the system a few times per week, you have maintenance to do and ongoing costs. Plus a lot of people just reject it by the thought "it's a ****ing wig!". For me, being able to go through all those challenges and in return having hair is an absolute privilege. I don't want to take it for granted. I check for lifts every two days, style it to cover up the hairline (though nobody can notice even when I expose it) and I've ordered my second system before I need it. This is my life and for the first time, with the hair system, I can entertain the possibility that my future might be better than the present. To you, this will read like idealistic nonsense but the point is that a system can make a person think this way.
