Does 15% Minoxidil Take Longer To Dry Than 5% ? Pls Help

So while MinoxidilMax originally sent me DualGen-15 With PG version accidentally, I sent them a message and on the same day they replied me saying they shipped off for me 3 bottles of No Pg version. Great customer service by them, they didn't even ask for the minoxidil back, so now I have 3 spare bottles of 15% minoxidil with pg.

As for my review after first usage with this product (DualGen-15 With PG). This sh*t is STRONG. I used 1ml to cover my entire beard and I'm feeling similar effects of the time I took oral minoxidil, this stuff makes you feel a bit light headed and kinda tired. I don't know if the side effects would be less noticeable if used on the scalp. Perhaps the fact that I'm using it on my face is much more dangerous as I'm applying it on the mustache and around the mouth area and the fumes are somehow affecting it. I just had a big cup of coffee as I was worried I might get too light headed. Just for reference I had times where I applied 2-3ml of Kirkland minoxidil on my face and a lot of minoxidil foam on my scalp simultaneously and I did not feel knackered. Honestly I don't think I would wanna continue using it. For the scalp maybe if the side effects were lessened I would maybe use it.

Edit: I'm not having any heart palpitations or irregular heart beat feeling but just very knackered, spaced out and light headed. These side effects remind me the time I was on 10mg oral minoxidil, and woke up with a 60/40 heartbeat and nearly passed out and I was lucky there was someone to make me shitloads of strong coffee to recover.

Edit 2: So it finally feels as if a cloud has been lifted off my head. Jesus effin christ those were intense 1.5-2 hours post application. Keep in mind I drank 5 teaspoons of nescafe (roughly 325mg caffeine) after I applied minoxidil because I was worried of fainting or something like that. When my DualGen-15 No PG shipment arrives I might try it on my scalp to see whether I get the same effects.

Hey bro, I just had my first application ever of 1ml a few hours ago. It was the PG version, which I'm a bit allergic to it, anyway I used it for my face (beard), and I actually had less itching and irritation than I do with the normal Kirkland 5% solution which I've been using for the past few months, and I'm used to my face itching after I apply minoxidil on it.
I don't wanna try the PG version on my scalp yet as my scalp is much more sensitive, I'll wait for the no pg version version to arrive in the mail soon.
I can't tell how legit they are really, it's too early to judge, but their customer service seems very good, they let me keep the 3 bottles with pg version which they accidently sent me, and now they sent me 3 bottles with no pg as I originally ordered. Plus their shipping speed is pretty damn good for international orders, it arrived in like a week, or perhaps a week and a few days at most.
I've had experience with oral minoxidil pills in the past and I also even drank a few drops of kirkland minoxidil so I know what it feels like when minoxidil knocks the sh*t of you, and I had this experience with the 15% solution. I didn't feel any burning feeling, but it was only one application.
I've been applying Kirkland's 5% solution on my face for months I never experienced anything like I experienced with the MinoxidilMax stuff, that sh*t is pretty strong.

I originally wanted to order the 30% minoxidil cream for my hair, the same one k9gatton uses, but after seeings the effects of 15% minoxidil I'm not so sure... Although it's very possible that applying minoxidil on the face gets absorbed systematically more easily than on the scalp, therefore I experienced systematic side effects.
