Does taking Propecia with other meds cancel it out?

Right now with my propecia I take the following

Biotin - 2mg (one in the morning/at night)
Vitamin with B6 and Zinc (morning)
Omega 3 (morning)
Green Tea Extract (morning)
Propecia (at night)

I take the Propecia at night with the Biotin and although I doubt it, my main concern is does it cancel it out taking it with Biotin? Either way I have spaced the Biotin taking it right after dinner around 6 or 7 and the Propecia around bed time at 9 or 10.

Why do people post answers to questions that they do not even know if its right or not. Propecia has been tested with other FDA approved medications and no adverse reactions were found. Its not tested with supplements which most of those things you listed are. It could react with any of those no one knows. To say anything else is just wrong.

seems like finasteride doens't like diltiazem

Diltiazem is both a substrate and an inhibitor of the cytochrome P-450 3A4 enzyme system. Thats the same system by which finasteride is metabolised. So this means decreased clearance due to inhibition of CYP450 3A4 activity by diltiazem and increased plasma levels of finasteride. I'm writing this for people who take diltiazem with finasteride, there is nothing to worry about, it is not signifficant, so an ajustment of the dose is not suggested.

You take Biotin - 2mg? That seems a small dose. Most peoples bodies make its own biotin in ample quantities and biotin is abundant in the foods we eat.
