Going completely bald, it's OK for people with a symmetrical shaped head.

Also, if they have a semi thick neck (for a guy).

Have to be honest, people who don't meet that criteria either look like an alien, or
just strange.

Guys with oval shaped heads and a thin neck, it looks terrible. It can even make
someone look effeminate looking.

Agreed, the level of damage from male pattern baldness is a function of bone structure.
