I did they are biased against asian looks so that's where the community you mention comes in.

I would expect you to do better in apps over bars/clubs which are more superficial. But your best bet to try to find a nice attractive girl is probably not on the app (she won't be there as will be taken or may be anti-app) and the clubs will be full of very superficial ones, I think that's where mutual circles, hobbies or getting talking in the library/shops is a better bet and add on Insta. Define success? I think you said you slept with some girls but how many were girls of high value (looks, value their pussy, cool and educated)? I don't know what you're looking for but if it's something more long term, you probably won't find one on there unless you're willing to settle.
My friend recently introduced me to a mutual friend and it's going fine so far, but I'm trying to maximize my options until I'm taken so I'm also out here using an app and directly messaging girls on social media

For the record it does work, my first gf I met through friends but it’s limiting - I often find people try to play matchmaker with women that are not your type

Ex sounds great, sorry it didn't work out. Maybe you can get lucky again. Yes overall it's harder with age, good choices are harder to find and people have more baggage. Unless you get someone much younger, but that's harder and not always ideal for other reasons. I'm around your age and I think it would be okay for me still if I were single, I know I could pull a few around me, I would try to build for that even if you think it's now impossible, it isn't!

my only regret was not trying harder to maintain that relationship

she has met someone new since me and they’ve been together for a lot longer than we were

From what Ive seen, he is bald too

so frustrating when that happens

do you send a follow up text?
usually never works, unless its continuing the conversation... once you notice it didnt work out, it comes off as needy most of the time...

Do everything bro until you find the one! Hope it goes well, you've had lots of success and look good and stylish. With hair I've noticed it's always about being full enough or just shave it down, it's the guys who stubbornly have grandpa combovers or grow out a few strands that girls reject.

We may not appreciate what we have until it's gone. Live and learn I guess.

you can not deny that he has some disadvantage when it comes to “race”... and that isnt even about looks, but about what stereotypes people have about other people...

what does this all have to do with doubleidemnity?

@doubleindemnity thinks that having a hair transplant where you still look like you are balding is a game changer

he attributes all success on having hair

ah okay... well that isnt really true, as you can see with a lot of people who had transplants/systems and still face the same issues... its maybe a little better...

with some half hearted transplant you are still seen as bald... and until you are too recessed, the bald crown is what women really dont like... can maybe fake it online, but that only works until you meet in person (sure gets some food in the door and one might get lucky)...

i also see some nice dodged hairtransplants here (or some where people decided its smart not to take finasteride) and they got a nice exact hairline, and then horseshoe... like some sort of ring...
and once you are too recessed in the back, you cant to anything anymore anyway, maybe implant sack hair, or if you got gorilla level body hair, then there are chances... on the other hand, a lot of baldies are hairy elsewhere (even without oral min^^)...

i do dare say it is a game changer when you are a salesman, if you had a full head then (and dont forget to whiten the teeth)...

Not sure why you quoted me, I am not the OP and didn't mention doubleidemnity first.

Once again - you sound like an incel in this post. Spewing nonsense.

However, when you get a transplant to have a very high and see through hairline where the horseshoe is still visible and a completely bald crown, and end up with a deformed donor area, then it's probably not worth it and won't make an aesthetic difference. @Wolf Pack knows an example lol. If @doubleindemnity decided to avoid his transplant for that reason I can understand.

You're right. In most cases people are making excuses for inaction when only a few % of baldites are actually not transplant candidates, it's very rare. With Finasteride, even poor calibre hair is enough for transplants as long as you don't go beyond a Norwood 4. And without finasteride it works too, you were Norwood 6 right and you have an aesthetic change big time, a hairline better than most men for a start and enough behind even if it's a thin, a cool style, pretty much clean donor and no horseshoe. I think what helped you was a surgeon that planned pretty well and also you have quite thick hair too so it looks thicker even with less density.

Bit like this guy

Ah yes I know who you mean. I remember even after surgery he was called a crane d-oeuf by some random kid who swore and ran off, kids are disinhibited and won't hold back, even a waiter said to him you're balding stop eating crap, imagine that after borrowing money for many transplants. He was never a candidate as I believe a reputable Doctor like Dr Beesanga told him, because from every angle there is signs of baldness, huge empty penis head and scars. If vondoom's post was addressed to him, then it would make sense to say I wouldn't be happy with that as no one would, but otherwise it's negative thinking when the reality is way rosier with transplants for 98% of sufferers. That said, even in this case we talk about, I believe he said he is happier, if he is then it was the right decision I guess even without an aesthetic difference? Though some Drs will still disagree and say I only do work where I feel I make a difference as that is the ethical approach for centuries, and not just about what the patient wants, definitely true in medicine in general. Patients are subjective, the Doctor is objective about his result out in the real world. But I just know he isn't probably happy anyway with the hair and it probably consumes him along with his other real problems.

I will say in his shoes I would have shaved, system or smp/transplant buzzcut look or Dr Zarev or FUT/FUE combo with a guy like Dr.Feller if he can make a difference...he made the wrong choice with the Dr who isn't renowned for high NWs and only just FUE with really poor donor. Anyway it's over now, razor or system probably the most economical and satisfying approach in such a complex case.

For some reason I have been unable to access this website for over a week. I thought that I had been banned.

Anyway, I decided not to get the hair transplants offered because they would have had to take roughly the maximum scalp donor to only cover the frontal third. To cover the middle third, they would have needed a bunch of body hair grafts. Then that would leave the crown and NW6 or NW7 horseshoe bald. In addition, there is always the worry of retrograde alopecia hitting the scalp donor hair in the future and the sides dropping to NW7. Bald guys who are not candidates for a hair transplant are even more unfortunate than other bald guys.

I'm cutting down on my usage of this website because I did feel better the last week or so where I thought that I was banned. I'm experimenting with different beard and scalp length styles and finding one that looks good, and trying to move on. So I'm giving the shaved head + beard style an honest try. To me, the biggest challenge is not shaving the head and walking around proudly, but it is coming to terms with the reduced quality of life that you have or think that you have due to your baldness. There are people in their 60s who go for a hair transplant so we don't even know if I will get over it. But this seems to be my only practicable choice.

Also, @Oknow ...people are judgmental, biased, discrimnatory and stereotype. We are too. This isn't news. Forgive them internally and move on.
