I think they were all lacrosse players, which means they come from wealthy families.

Lacrosse is generally considered a sport of the 'elite'.

Yeah, they are Lacrosse players at an elite school with division 1 sports which means 1. they are probably rich and 2. they are probably great athletes and thus in great shape.
