dutasteride destroys the front line and causes hair loss?

Good morning all,

I'm wondering about dutasteride

I read that it increases the testo by 20-25%, and thus can destroy the front line which is more sensitive to the testo. However, dutasteride inhibits type 1 5 alpha reductase (preventing hyper seborhea of the hair, therefore limiting inflammation), and type 2 concerning the transformation of testo into dht, at 90-95%

So why do some people lose even more hair when taking dutasteride?

My questions are as follows:

which is more effective, finasteride or dutasteride?

and does dutasteride completely stop baldness or is finasteride more effective?

besides, is it normal to see the miniaturization of my hair on my frontal line when I have been taking finasteride for 3 months (I am norwood 1),

and does finasteride grow hair on the temporal gulfs being norwood 1

I have also heard of topical estrogen, what is it please?

Dutasteride. And no. It wont stop baldness. Only slowing down. Each year it gets worse. Only thing you can do is stopping androgens on scalp to act. Then you can say, you pretty much stopped progression.

I am still only on finasteride. If I would use RU, I would buy from Actifolic.

I am 17, still somehow NW1,5 with heavy diffuse thinning. 2 weeks into finasteride. Everything normal. Still shedding tons of hair. Planning out my future regiment. And thinking about dutasteride. But its quite expensive.

I think like you, but you know how you're gonna get dutasteride, and how you got to get finasteride at your age? I started finasteride early, at 18, send me pictures of your hair, I will try to compare them with mine

I changed 4 times my doctor. Then I went to the fifth and he immediately gave me finasteride from his storage lol. The 5mg finasteride. Such a nice man lmao.

I will get duta when I tell him that I dont see benefits from finasteride and I dont experience sides with finasteride. In about a few months to a year.

you are sure that he will give you dutasteride because this drug is not approved for genetic hair loss, the rules on medication in Germany must be the same as in France i think

Im using ru to combat that-- but still continue to thin

Try RU or if you are up to it spironolactone, 100mg spironolactone only has a 30% chance of gyno.
