what's ur experience with spironolactone? Sides? Regrowth? Maintenance?
dutasteride destroys the front line and causes hair loss?

Definite maintenance, as for regrowth i started oral min around about the same time i think, or close enough can't remember so im not sure, regardless im not 100% happy with my results, thinking of adding oral estriol. I have been taking spironolactone for a couple of years now, i want to maintain for as long as possible, bica is only good in combination with estradiol imo, cpa scares me, i would end up getting a tumor and going blind knowing my luck lol Im quite happy with spironolactone, only sides are some gyno which im trying to deal with right now(losing weight and raloxifene) im probably tanner 2.5 but closer to 3 than 2, the only other side is less semen volume.

I am still scared to take other AA than RU and CB even though they are more risky than some other AA like spironolactone. I know that's stupid. Would be nice to have a thread with all the AA available listed together with the possible sides like cpa, estradiol, biestro, bica...............
Nothing wrong with that, depends on the individual and the lengths they are willing to go. If RU is what you are happy with then stick to it, btw i think while RU is not as well studied as CB it is much better, CB is a pricey waste of money imo but i know some disagree.
Topical spironolactone is useless, don't waste your money on it. Gyno rate for 100mg spironolactone is 30%, i say take the chance and try 100mg spironolactone oral, you might get lucky.
