Dutasteride Injection Diy (also Possible With Ru58841)

Hi guys,
i'm new here so i will write my regimen to get an overview of what i'm currently doing:

• 0.5mg Dutasteride everyday plus another pill on monday, wednesday and friday for a total of 5g a week
• minoxidil 5% twice a day with 75mg of ru58841 dissolved in it and 25mg of spironolactone dissolved in it, in order to increase solubility I add ethanol to the minoxidil. (any suggestion to improve this is appreciated)
• mecroneedling once a week or once every two weeks depending on how my scalp feels.
• nizoral everyday because i have seborrheic dermatitis and i leave it on for 40 minutes

I was thinking about adding Dutasteride Mesotherapy, is it enough to dissolve the dutasteride in saline solution to the desired concentration?
Is it also possible to add ru58841 to this solution?

Any suggestion from you guys is appreciated.

Yes, still losing ground, i don't know if it's the ru (fake?) I got from actifolic... i will buy from anagen inc next time.

I want to try dutasteride mesotherapy because i saw it's very effective wt lowering scalp dht levels, the topical spironolactone and ru should be enough to take care of the scalp testosterone

In principle, I suppose the dutasteride injections might work. I'd also be curious to see if topical dutasteride in a DMSO vehicle for enhanced penetration would be effective. May be more effective than injections.

Some questions: is it 75mg RU58841 & 25mg spironolactone in each ml of solution or did you mix 75mg & 25mg into an entire 60ml bottle of minoxidil solution? Also, why both spironolactone and RU? Shouldn't they both have the same effect, with spironolactone just more effective?

The solution is mixed daily, i use both ru and spironolactone because i had some spare spironolactone when i got the ru and i don't want to risk removing things ahahaha.

If injections are a bad idea I could apply the dutasteride solution after the needling session, what about the ru? Still a bad idea?

Anagen Inc is legit I tried the stuff years ago gave me side effects 5% KB solution.

I will try Anagen Inc as soon as i run out of the ru i have left.

I don't have sides from both dutasteride and ru but I wouldn't mind any side if i results.

What you mixing the stuff in the correct vehicle? Anagen Inc for sure is 100% legit I never heard anything bad and like myself I tried their 5% KB solution which gave me sides but also did stop the male pattern baldness itch.

i actually don't use KB, i mix it in minoxidil 5% and i add ethanol to improve the solubility

Ah ok, so works fine? I guess this would be a monthly batch you make? How much RU do you mix?

I don't mix a monthly batch, i mix it every day before the application, I do 2ml Minoxidil 5% 1ml ethanol, 75mg of ru and 25mg of spironolactone.
I did cut my hair short a couple of days ago to improve scalp absorption of the solution, I believe that daily nizoral use was ruining my hair and causing the shed.
I'm planning on using nizoral twice a week now and a mild shampoo the other days.

Do you think that the daily mixed solution should sit for some time in in order to improve the solubility of the ingredients before the application?

since my hair is now buzzed i did a microneedling session 2 days ago and applied topical dutasteride right after, let's see how it goes.

You have to add ethanol to your minoxidil to dissolve the RU? What kind of minoxidil are you using? I thought having liquid minoxidil with pg in it was enough to break down RU.

I use Kirkland minoxidil, I saw on the forum it has a low alcohol percentage.

Wow that’s a strong regime man, I would probably allow half hour before application to allow the powder to dissolve.

I mean are you still losing ground on this regime? Also where do you buy Topical Dutasteride?

Yes, I'm still losing ground on this regimen, this is why iwas questioning the RU58841 purity I have.

The dutasteride capsules contain an oily liquid, i apply it directly after microneedling or i mix it with saline and apply (always after microneedling).

As far as you guys know, have you ever heard of somebody turning minoxidil foam into 60ml of liquid and then dissolve like 1-2% Ru in it? There is dehydrated alcohol in the minoxidil foam. I’m wondering if that would be enough to dissolve a small amount of Ru.
