As far as you guys know, have you ever heard of somebody turning minoxidil foam into 60ml of liquid and then dissolve like 1-2% Ru in it? There is dehydrated alcohol in the minoxidil foam. I’m wondering if that would be enough to dissolve a small amount of Ru.

I saw a video on YouTube of a guy heating up foam minoxidil in order to make it liquid but he did not add RU to it.
If I remember correctly he did that because foam minoxidil does not have propylene glycol in it.

if i'm not mistaking you have to heat it up every time before use because it foams back up.

I also have seen that video. It is true that you have to constantly reheat foam to keep it a liquid. The foam has a few solvents that might be able to dissolve Ru. Otherwise maybe put as much Ru as possible in liquid minoxidil. Then combine 20 ml of that liquid minoxidil with 40ml foam.

Low pg anti androgen/minoxidil solution. I’m thinkin about it

Yes, I'm still losing ground on this regimen, this is why iwas questioning the RU58841 purity I have.

The dutasteride capsules contain an oily liquid, i apply it directly after microneedling or i mix it with saline and apply (always after microneedling).

Where do you buy the RU? As Anagen Inc sells legit stuff unless your mixing wrong. Also your topical Dutasteride sounds like maybe its not absorbing as your not using the correct vehicle.

The compound pharmacy I use for Topical Finasteride also sells Topical Dutasteride, check them out maybe you might need a proper vehicle.

Is a strong vehicle needed even after microneedling? I thought that a vehicle was not needed after microneedling especially if alcohol-based, please correct me if i'm wrong.

I've been thinking about this for a while but not with RU instead with an FDA approved anti androgen

I was thinking CB0301 or OH-Flut injected over the scalp once-twice a week if possible at a depth of around 1mm so that the follicles are not injured from injection.

Unfortunately there are pretty big hurdles to doing this. First of all, the solubility of these drugs is almost zero in water and ethanol cannot be injected into your scalp as it will kill the cells it comes into contact with. Oil based injections will cause scar tissue and may also damage the follicles but this is a possible option. The easiest and likely the best reasonable option is to mix the drugs into a suspension in isotonic sterile water and perform the injection that way.

Obviously the problem with that is potential clogging of the needle and inflammation at the site of injection. The thing is that if we could inject even 2.5mg of oh-flut into the front of half of the scalp that would likely be almost as effective as an oral flutamide/bicalutamide regiment at least for the day of the injection. How often we could perform the injections would depend on the amount of inflammation created

Last thing is that I would definitely use a mesotherapy gun to do this instead of hand injecting with a needle to make sure the depth of injection is consistent.
