Reports of no sides, maybe it don't reduce serum dht to 90% like oral.

Dutasteride is a larger molecule than finisteride. So may be harder to go systemic. It has a 28day half life.

So why would they be doing a session every 3 month if the half life is 28 days?

Did someone make a topical with duta and minoxidil 5%? If so, can you explain how exactly to do it and is it applied twice or once a day?

I have contacted with a clinic in france, they do this, however im not sure about the timing. Why are they doing it every 3 months if half life is 4 weeks for dutasteride?

I have topical Duasteride. Mesotherapy is popular in Europe. I thing topical Duasteride is more effective than any minoxidil concoction. I bought a mesotherapy gun… but it didn’t work & I also wanted to try it with various liquids.
A good mesotherapy gun costs $1,000 or more. I may experiment with one in future.
Basically zero practicioners in my area advertise for it. They prefer microneedling of liquids with their expensive microneedling machines.
That’s where it stands with me. I threw my mesotherapy gun in the trash.
